linux version not updating access.xml?

linux version not updating access.xml?

since I went to .28 on linux access.xml doesn't seem to be updating. access.xml is chmodded to 777 and the file is owned by dchpp.dchpp, but dchpp is run as me (yakko). could that be the problem?

must be a permissions problem. i'm running it now with sudo and it's looking like it is updating now.
