Problem with 0.28

I was planning on trying the dch++ for the first time and was planning on stressing it big time, I exchanged software in one of our hubs from ptokax to dch++. The hub has about 1700 users steady. After installing and starting up the hub everything went fine until about 300-500 users then it stopped growing and this was displayed in main.

After this we changed back, Sorry that I can’t say what’s wrong but it wasn’t working correctly
