caution.. nickname forgery

there's a flaw which allows you to post chat and pm messages with a different nick than your own

the users won't have any rights though.. so you won't have to worry about hub takeovers
and.. if you reply to a pm from someone, it will of course go to the real user

if I can't get a hold of arne soon, I'll get a patch out as soon as possible (and if I can get a hold of him.. he'll get a new dch++ out asap)

I spoke to him immediately after I got back on the inet,
but after that he's been away for quite some time..
so if you want, I'll fix up a workaround in the form of a plugin, some time after this weekend
