Possible NatUsers problem

Post by yakko » 2003-05-21 03:16

I had problems tonite with NatUsers not working for me (and I'm guessing the handfull of other users I have in the list). The other day I added someone and accidently did an <Is instead of <Id in the XML and just noticed it tonite. I changed it back to <Id and NatUsers is working! My name is first in the xml and this users was the last one, but I'm guessing it didn't work for anyone.

did the log tell you that there was something wrong?
it should have said something like:
[date] NatUsers: Failed to load settings: someerror
http://dc.selwerd.nl/hublist.xml.bz2
http://www.b.ali.btinternet.co.uk/DCPlusPlus/index.html (TheParanoidOne's DC++ Guide)

well.. that should undo any confusion :)

I know it may be a bit getting used to, but after changing settings it's always a good idea to check the logs
