Trying to locate an old Hub

About a year ago, I was member of a hub. I moved and it took months to get broadband. After geting broadband restored, I tried to log back in and it never connects to my old rooms, It says server reset. I can not contact anyone at any of the hubs that I used to use. If anyone has any info on how to contact them, I would appreciate it. The hubs were, World Family Room, Country Bar and Grill and Kickin Country. They were all awesome country music hubs. Thanks.
