speed

my Internet provider is cable. with a 10 meg speed. so i think its pretty good. as its costing me a fortune.

so why, when i download anything from DC++ i get very slow download speed. i am sharing just under 300meg.

people are taking from me at great speed. witch i think is great. that's the hole idea. but when i cant get nowhere near that speed. it makes me wonder if i have set up something wrong..

If you try to search do you get any results? What connection (active/passive) you use? Do you have a router?
