Qn 3. File Still in Use by another process

Otherwise a simple (?) well certainly a simple change at the user interface in terms of informational more than anything... a download lists itself as "Download Complete" "100%" for ages and ages.

- A Download shouldn't be complete until I am able to move the downloaded file away from where I put it.

If I try to edit the file in the download location as soon as "Download Complete" appears, it says another process is using the file. Explanation; I have a very specific file naming structure for games and movies, IMDB gives me publishing year and local (Australian) Ratings, I would like to know when i am able to rename the file, it's much better to download an entire folder of items inside DC and then rename them one by one as they arrive, before they hash.

Qn 3: Am I to assume that "Download Complete" then goes on to move it from Temporary to Final download locations?
