I am sick and tired of tiscali's bullshit service.

What is the meaning of unlimited???

I would strictly advise everyone to leave tiscali and those who want to join tiscali, please dont..........its all bogus......its a scam and a con.

I am a tiscali cutomer living in UK london.........can anyone outthere recommend me an ISP which really is unlimited and will not give me any problems with P2P????

Have a look at Be internet, UKonline, and Bulldog. This time spend some time reading up on them though, and see which one best meets your usage demands. I personally have a 3.5/0.7Mbit connection from UKonline, which is unlimited (you might not get away with leaving it uploading/downloading at full capacity every second), but yes, I upload a lot of data, and download a fair amount.

I only use dc++ for music or few movies here and there.

i download about 1.5gb t about 2gb a month

Then you might be able to find a good mainstream ISP for a cheap price. The ones I gave you are perfect for heavy users. Maybe look for an ISP with a cap of 10GB per month or something. Once again www.adslguide.org.uk lists every ISP. Do some research.
