TinyXP beast edition dc++ active mode issue

Hi, I'm having a trouble with dc++ active mode when running it in tinyXP beast edition. In other operating systems it works fine.
Anyone familiar with this ?
dc++ version is 0.674

I don't think that's a legal XP version.
