mp3 is dying anyway...
because of drm nobody else then the one who created the file can use it in the near future...
so i fail to see the point in this...
You can send a message around the world in 1/7 of a second; yet it may take several years to move a simple idea through a 1/4 inch of human skull.

you can't put a DRM in an mp3, you need some other format like Windows Media formats. moreover, you are focusing on "popular musics" that may have DRMs, but what about all the other sounds? free musics, small sounds, concerts records... ?
