There are few things I would like to sort out then:
1) Well as far as I remember I didn't post ANY titles, I just said I was downloading anime series. I might be wrong but the fact that some series is licensed (thous copyright) and freely available in Your country doesn't mean it's the same all over the world. I can't just go to the shop around the corned and get fresh new DVD of some series, in fact my choice is still very limited in this field.
2) Let's go some other way - the fact I just said "anime series" does imply that it's copyrighted... So if I would like to download some movies from my family (or just some free to distribute stuff) I would be banned if I forget to add in my post that it's from my family? Or if I wrote that I have problem downloading files on my DC++ You would assume that those are probably some warez and ban me on sight? Maybe You should have wrote "Once we prophesy or know that you're infringing copyright..."
3) The words "keep breaking"... I don't remember anything like continuous action but just one post, that You suspect I was infringing copyright.
4) OK, let's just say that I was "helping people infringing copyight"... So I get punished by deactivation of forum account. I don't see word "accounts" and I don't know why my last account was deactivated (which of those 2 posts break any rule?). Wouldn't it be simpler to ban my (maybe not only my) IP or all my ISPs IP range?
Sure I can change IPs, emails (my prev. nick and email server is blacklisted already?) and all that stuff... but thats just not what civilized guys do. I wrote all this stuff because I don't feel guilty and I don't understand Your actions, but I would like to understand Your logic and adapt to Your rules (no matter how stupid they seem to me at this point) as I always try to do in any place.
BTW I would like to thank You for showing why I was baned because I wasn't sure... I just suspected that it could be "something like that".
