New modem, no connection to DC++

I just got a new modem/router, an alcatal 456 multi pc modem

I do know NOTHING about hardware configurating so i asking my question here. So i hope you can direct me in the right way.

No ive read here: http://www.dslreports.com/faq/dc/3.2+Hardware+Firewalls+/+Routers#9100 that i have to make a new napt rule.

I do know my own ip (ive looked that up here:http://www.whatismyipaddress.com/)


My question is, i dont know what port to i want to use, i even dont know wich i can use etc

Switch to manual port forwarding in DC++ and make the port 16832 for both. Forward that port number TCP and UDP in a napt rule.
