the same strange problem i have in programma "soulseek" -i can't download but people from me upload fast.somethimes my download speed 0 or near it.
windows XP... ADSL... modem B-Focus Router 312+...i called to provider "barak" -they check speed by downloading any file from site -speed was good.i called to telephony company -i use modem from them:they say "all good".
i need accuse of barak or telephony company?may be my modem not good?
i know enough ADSL provider companiys exist in israel (cable provider only one)) and i can choose but may this is world politic of providers??
in soulseek i can at least limit man uploading from me:he will not get album from me untill i will get album from him;her in dc++ i can't do such protect
