Banned do to sharing windows

Banned do to sharing windows

I have been banned do to sharing windows and I have no idea what that means. I am only sharing movies and music. can anyone help me?

Hi,
This message appears when an hub or op detects files connected to your windows installation in your shared folder, you should double check your share to make sure it does not include your windows folder.

You can try checking your own sharelist by opening it in the menu: File -> Open own list
The you can do a search (by using the Find button in the lower right corner) for: .ini
Some hub scripts search for win.ini and when they finds it, they kick you for sharing windows.

which is plain stupid because there are far better ways to search for someone sharing his windows :P
You can send a message around the world in 1/7 of a second; yet it may take several years to move a simple idea through a 1/4 inch of human skull.
