Warning about downloading full folders of pictures

i got banned last night from 2 major hubs

Spankingpower
and
KristianLand

because i left dc++ on all night downloading an entire folder of what i thought was wallpapers

BUT there was one file called UnderageIllegal(2).jpg
i didnt know it was there and you guessed it
i wake up this morning with perm bans in those hubs


anyone know how i can get unbanned at all?
i couldnt any forums for these 2 hubs

i wasnt even connected to Spankingpower at the time
Kristian passed my IP i guess to them and it's going to get worse until i can fix this
i tried SP this morning to find i was banned

i didnt aim to get this file i didnt want it i deleted it immediately

Why are you downloading things to shared folders, and without first reviewing them?

Why are you downloading things to shared folders, and ithout first reviewing them?

Ironically 90% of my downloads are reviewed but wallpapers are my exception they go straight to my wallpaper directory

everything else goes to an unshared folder (\downloads\)
where i check them then move them manually later

My illogical nature has punished me

Ive spent today checking through my download list to see if anything else was added in the same manner but i didnt find anything ,
it's like winning the lottery 1 in a million chance only not getting something good from it
